delivering an overall Project Margin of 29.9%, which included 2 WESTLOCK CIP’s
with 6 TIF’s and remote communication between the WESTLOCK CIP’s via FTN.
 Successfully delivering Thameslink Workbanks 2, 3 and 4 as part of the enabling
stages for Key Output 1, which included alterations to Freewired, WestPAC and
GEC Geographical interlockings.
 Joint development of the testing programme, including enabling and stageworks,
with other IRL departments, the client and other contractors in order to meet the
requirements of all disciplines working within the possession framework.
 Collaborative working with the client and other contractors to overcome any
interdisciplinary issues.
 Revising the delivery logic of IRL’s works during commissioning periods when other
contractors works were not completed to schedule, using continuous risk
assessment to ensure works were delivered safely.
 An excellent safety record amongst IRL testing staff on the Thameslink Project,
with Network Rail awarding the Site Team (Test and Construction) an “Orange
Oscar” for 650 Riddor free days.
 Act as Infrastructure Manager on Stageworks.

Oxley Remodelling, Implementation Tester in Charge
Responsible for:
 Developing the Oxley commissioning IMT interface to enable the timely and
efficient set up and testing of newly installed point ends (14 in total) as they were
handed over from the IMT.
 Jointly formulating appropriate handover documentation with the IMT to ensure
the smooth handover of newly installed points at the Oxley commissioning.
 Developing the Commissioning Plan to reflect the multidisciplinary nature of the
project and helping to build the overall integrated programme.

Responsible for:
 Overall control of the Signalling Testing planning and implementation.
 Successfully delivering Leamington Corridor Resignalling, on time and within

bringing into service 6 SSI and 1 recontrolled RRI interlockings, with 8 fringes, in a
single commissioning.
 Development of the Testing Strategy for the implementation of the main works
and stageworks.
