Duties Included:
Running Tool Qualifying Monitors, Maintain and Perform a variety of complex
repairs on the Implant Toolsets to ensure uninterrupted production flow
Also perform periodic preventative maintenance procedures as defined by
specifications.
Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting, installation,
diagnostics, adjustment, repair, modification, assembly and calibration of
equipment according to specifications, manuals, drawings, and verbal and
written instructions
Utilize a structured and comprehensive method to identify the root cause of
process or equipment malfunction; implement corrective actions after
thorough analysis to increase the probability of the right repairs the first time
and create After Action Reviews (AAR’S) to prevent repeat issues
Perform electrical, mechanical, software troubleshooting and maintenance for
related tool, equipment cable assemblies and fixtures.

Enlisted in An Forsa Cosanta Āitiúil (Irish Army Reserve) in June 1999 as a recruit,
gained the rank of Corporal in 2006, a position which I held until January 2012, when
I transferred, due to work commitments. In the unit, I received basic military training
including foot drill, arms drill and weapons handling as well as gaining transport
corps specific licences C, C1 driving licences (vehicle weight > 7.5 T), D1 (minibus
up to 16 passengers).
