The ECMT is a Microsoft Windows/ Excel-
based compensation modelling and analysis
tool.
The ECMT provides functionality to facilitate
compensation management, in particular its
features include:
Detailed compensation reviews
• Facilitates superior decision-making
• Immediate, clear identification of cost impact of policy decisions
• Measures Return on Investment of talent management initiatives
• Measures current, proposed and improvement on employment equity targets/plan
• Budget forecasting and tracking.
• Identification of current internal equity, all high and low anomalies and current external
competitiveness with a selected labour market.
• Calculation of the costs of repositioning the organisation against its comparators in the
