- Why this comparison? Because to often local organisations see the internationals as a block bulldozering into their world
- The complaints keep coming that local organisations have no say in coordination meetings. How to change this?
- Let both sides focus on what they are good at. (smaller) NGOs on grass roots support / flexibility. UN on coordination, government level representation. Good things happened here but there is plenty room for improvement.
- The strength of the government is different in every country (and setting)
