1. Intrigo Systems Acquires Califta for Empowered Procurement
FREMONT, CA —JULY 14, 2015— Intrigo Systems is pleased to announce its most
recent acquisition, Califta, the patented electronic commerce solution provider for buy
side and supply side business functions. The complementary offerings of Intrigo and
Califta create an intuitive combination that adds value and streamlines procurement
processes for companies.

Califta is a Commerce-as-a-Service (CaaS) cloud platform providing digital commerce
to B2B sellers and enterprise procurement organizations. Using the power of the cloud,
Califta CaaS enables sellers to participate in private marketplaces of the enterprise by
providing e-procurement content, search, comparison shopping, product reviews and
rating much like consumer e-commerce.
Several of Califta’s existing customers and all the employees will join the Intrigo team in
the Fremont headquarters. Operations will be seamless for customers during the
transition period while combining the two companies.
