I work as a CAD Drafter on the Valve Automation team, of which Pari is Amanlou the
Project Manager. I have had the privilege of working with Pari at Campos EPC for the
past year (August 2014 - Present).
Within Campos EPC, Pari is well known for being an extremely competent engineer and
project manager. She is highly detail oriented in her work and professional dealings. Of
the many qualities Pari possesses, it is her efficiency, competency, honesty, and
communication skills that I admire most.
As a project Manager, Pari is fair and up-front in her management of the team. She
consistently, clearly communicates the needs of the project, breaking down tasks and
distributing them with transparency so that everyone knows the status of the project, what
their job is and when they need to accomplish it. She encourages team bonding through
monthly lunches, which have created a spirit of teamwork making our group even more
cohesive. She repeatedly demonstrates a flexibility and willingness to work with drafters
and project engineers alike. When someone encounters a problem—either professional
or personal—she can be relied on to help solve it.
Pari is highly efficient and works to streamline every project. Taking charge, she runs
project meetings exceptionally well, getting to the point quickly and directing the
conversation to stay on task. She keeps everyone engaged and makes sure every person’s
concerns are heard and addressed. She is always respectful of everyone’s time.
When team members come to Pari with questions about specific project details she is
capable of recalling history, engineering decisions, and conclusions on the spot, and she
gives her co-workers the information they seek immediately. She also quickly follows up
providing evidence (emails, red lines, documents, etc.) to back up her answer. I can
always rely on the information Pari provides me as accurate and honest.
Pari would be a terrific asset to any engineering company and has my highest
recommendation. I would be happy to answer any further questions you may have about
