show you the drug cost for each card. If

To fill an Rx at a local retail pharmacy, as
soon as your Membership Packet arrives
in the mail, usually 7 to 10 days. For Mail

HOW MUCH DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COST?
Our program covers all household
members and costs just $29.95 per month.
There is a one time fulfillment fee of $20.00
to cover the cost of printing and mailing
your membership id cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a member is not satisfied or doesn’t
realize enough savings by using our
program they may cancel at any time. All
cancellation requests must be received
15 days prior to the members next
scheduled monthly payment by calling
888-962-0422. Please note, there are no
refunds.
