Program
Prescription Drug Prices
Continue
to Rise in the USA…
Our Prescription Assistance Program
can help you and your family
save hundreds of dollars every year
on your routine, maintenance medication(s).
2. The problem so many face
Thousands of people struggle every month to
afford the rising costs of their prescription
medications.
They have tried or are currently on every
program they can think of to help eliminate the
high cost
...but for many people it s simply
not enough
WE ARE THE SOLUTION!
Pharmaceutical companies sponsor Patient
Assistance Programs which provide FREE or
discounted medicines to those that cannot
afford their prescriptions, the uninsured and
under-insured.
Most clinics and prescribing physician's offices
have information about these programs and
anyone can call the pharmaceutical
company directly to learn about them.
However, eligibility and application
requirements vary greatly, making the
application process to qualify tedious,
confusing, and very time consuming.
As a result many people that belong in these
programs simply are not.
That s where we come in...
Just one example
1
You are currently
taking 3 prescription
medications that cost
an average of $220
each month.
3
You complete a
simple application.
LSSC will then process
the paperwork.
2
All 3 prescriptions are
currently on our list and
you are eligible to
enroll in a Patient
Assistance Program.
4
Now you will only
pay us a monthly $20
service fee (per
medication) to receive
those same prescriptions
direct from the
manufacturer!
Total savings of $160! It really is that simple!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are patient assistance programs?
In response to the growing cost of medicine,
patient assistant programs are helping patients
who qualify receive medication free of charge.
Qualifications vary from company to company,
but most are based on income and lack of
outpatient prescription coverage. Age is not a
factor in order to qualify.
What makes a person eligible for these patient
assistance programs?
Each pharmaceutical company has it’s own
eligibility requirements. Income and lack of
prescription drug coverage is normally the most
important criteria for determining whether
someone can enroll. Individual’s income criteria
vary with family incomes ranging from below the
poverty level up to 400% of the Federal Poverty
Level.
How long does it take to get the free
medication?
The time will vary with each company. It can be
anywhere from 30-60 days.
How is the medication sent?
Depending on the pharmaceutical company,
and the type of medication, it will either be sent
to the physician’s office, or directly to the
patient’s home. Some may send a voucher that
is taken to your local pharmacy and redeemed.
If applying for more than one medication, the
applicant should be aware that they would
arrive at different times, since it is manufactured
and sponsored by different companies. Normally
a three-month supply is sent each time.
