5. At Pop Up English Zone we focus on help-
ing our students to communicate fluent-
ly with English speakers. Teachers train
students for real life situations by helping
them speak to native English speakers,
concentrating on pronunciation. We teach
at different locations around the centre of
London to give students a fresh experi-
ence every day. We hold classes in educa-
tional centres, open spaces, art galleries
and other touristic places of interest. Stu-
dents get to find out things about London
and integrate this into their learning.
We use new and creative teaching meth-
ods such as design-thinking and language
coaching. Psychological studies into the
learning of languages have substantially
influenced the courses, leading us to pro-
vide students with interactive activities
in which they speak to native speakers
about different topics in creative and
open spaces.
The classes are best suited to intermedi-
ate students and above. The focus is on
speaking and listening and students will
develop their reading and writing during
the courses. Students will be given reg-
ular feedback on their progress and on
their difficulties. We make sure each stu-
dent´s needs are met by limiting every
class to 6 students. Our small classes
guarantee quality and give opportuni-
ties for each student to speak as much
as possible. Students feel a lot more in-
volved and the teacher is able to take a
personal interest in every member of the
class.

6. Activities
Pop Up English Zone is committed to developing English outside of
class. We have a social programme to give students things to do on
most weekday evenings and at weekends. This is so that students
can make friends and have fun in London. The activities we arrange
are organised specifically to give students the opportunity to speak to
native English speakers and to make friends with them. They include
bars, night clubs, walks and guided tours with friendly people.

Locations
We are based in central London but our lessons take place in open spaces
around the centre of London. Our teachers specialise in doing this and we
have a number of open spaces available to us so that students can learn
in quiet environments and speak to native speakers around them.

8. London is a multicultural city:
Few cities around the world are able to combine the
classic with the contemporary. London moves so fast
that you need to visit it every year just to keep up
with the changes! People can have an even better
experience there when they can speak English to
people confidently. Students get to make the most of
your time in Notting Hill, Camden, Piccadilly Circus
etc. and feel at ease.

10. Accommodation
The school offers a range of accommoda-
tion options for students who require it.
Students are able to hoose from the fol-
lowing:
Homestay Accommodation – students live
with an English speaking family and ex-
perience the language and lifestyle inten-
sively. Initial prices given are for shared
rooms but other options are available.
Shared House Accommodation – live with
other students of English and do things
your own way. Initial prices given are for
shared rooms but other options are avail-
able.
Hostel Accommodation – this is the bud-
get option and the hostel is located within
easy reach of central London. The budget
option offers dormitory accommodation
but students can upgrade to single or
double rooms.

12. We only employ teachers who are fully qualified with
TEFL or TESOL certificates. We also require teachers
to have a significant amount of experience. We give
our teachers the freedom to teach in their own ways
and this results in dynamic and fun classes.
