PolFilm is the largest producer of BOPP films in Iran, founded in 1993. It has steadily expanded its production capacity over the years through new production lines and acquisitions. PolFilm now has a total annual BOPP film production capacity of 60,000 tons along with 24,000 tons of metalizing capacity. It produces over 30 different BOPP film products for various packaging applications.

2. Company History
PolFilm is the first producer of “Bi-Axially Oriented Polypropylene” (BOPP) Films in Iran.
It was founded in 1993. The first production line with 4000 MT capacity began
production in that time.
In 2005, following the increasing market demand and looking for Hi-Tech, the company
commissioned its second production line with 18,000 MT capacity.
In 2008, the first production line has been stopped Due to the oldness and high costs of
production .
After some years in 2011 PolFilm Purchased its ex-competitor AtlasFilm (with 30,000
MT BOPP film capacity) and became the first BOPP film producer considering capacity
and quality in Iran. Now PolFilm & AtlasFilm total capacity is 48,000 MT BOPP and it
will be increased 18000 MT more at Quarter- 4, 2014 after commissioning the new
BOPP line.
Moreover now there are 3 metalizing Machines running in PolFilm & AtlasFilm with
24,000 MT capacity.
We proudly produce more than 31 different products in Heat sealable, Non-heat
sealable, Transparent, White, Pearlized, White Opaque, Colored, Silver Colored and
Colored Metalized films with a thickness starting from 10 up to 80 microns. We are
continuously updating our "World Class Manufacturing" capabilities by investing in new

Coextruded
Products Description
Polex 221 S
One side treated and two sides heat sealable transparent, general
purpose packaging film for using on HFFS and VFFS machines. It can
be used as single ply or as lamination substrate to itself and to other
films.
Polex 321 S
One side treated and one side heat sealable transparent
packaging film for using on HFFS and VFFS machines. It can
be used as single ply or as lamination substrate to itself and to
other films. It is mostly used for missing-dot-less printing.
Polex 251 S
One side treated and two sides heat sealable matt film, suitable
for lamination processes where matt effect is a value added
property. Matt finish layer gives non-reflective surface.
Polex 351 S
One side treated and one side heat sealable matt film, suitable
for lamination processes where matt effect is a value added
property. Matt finish layer gives non-reflective surface. It is
mostly used for missing-dot-less printing.
Polex 220 AG
Transparent non-treated, two sides heat sealable film, specially
designed for use on high speed over wrapping machines "higher than
400 packs/min".

BOPP film, specially for flower packaging and cold seal
specification.
Polin 122 H
Transparent glossy lamination film for carton and paper
having a good antistatic property to prevent dust
accumulation on film surface.
Polin 152 S
Matt print lamination film. It can be laminated to paper,
board, BOPP, PET and other substrates. Matt finish layer
gives non-reflective surface.
Polsive 121 X
Transparent none-heat sealable BOPP film for adhesive
tapes. Treated side of this film is excellent for water
based acrylic adhesive coating and hot-melt application.
Polin 121 H
Transparent Hot-wire sealable BOPP film for textile
packaging. Treated side of this film is excellent for
printing.
