Firstly, let's lose the myth that sports
   physiotherapy is only for those who are
injured or have sustained a niggling problem
with their fitness. Sports physiotherapy exists
  for those who are in tip top condition and
 needing physiotherapy to prevent injury. A
 sportsman who indulges in a game without
having the required levels of fitness is clearly
                 prone to injury.

It is a cold hard fact that if you are fit and
 have received the right sports physiotherapy
 while you are not injured, you are less likely
  to become injured whilst indulging in your

   stretching (proprioceptive neuromuscular
              facilitation stretching).
