This intensive 5-day course provides participants with the expertise to implement and manage an Event Sustainability Management System based on ISO 20121. The course agenda covers introducing ISO 20121, planning an ESMS implementation, deploying the ESMS, measurement and continuous improvement, and preparing for a certification audit. After passing a 3-hour exam, participants can apply for the Certified ISO 20121 Lead Implementer credential.

SUMMARY
This intensive course enables the participants to understand and develop the necessary
expertise to support an organization in implementing and managing an Event Sustainability
Management System (ESMS) based on ISO 20121. Participants will gain a thorough
understanding of the best practices used to implement the qualitative processes relevant to
sustainable events and event management.

PECB’s 3 Hour Certified ISO 20121 Lead Implementer Exam is available in different languages.
The candidates who do not pass the exam will be able to retake it for free within 12 months from
the initial exam date.
After successfully completing the exam, participants can apply for the credentials of Certified
ISO 20121 Lead Implementer.
