The Challenge:
With increased customer volume, Killer Motor Sports found that simply managing
the orders was straining their staff. Most of their orders are drop-shipped by
suppliers and the processing of the orders was tedious. The clerical work was
taking up the time of two and a half full time employees who could have been more
effective serving customers. Processing the orders involved:
 Manually typing the orders from Volusion into QuickBooks
 Creating BOL documents and POs for supplier drop-ship orders
 Too much clerical work, paper based steps resulting in unnecessary errors
and delays
The Solution:
Killer Motor Sports streamlined the entire process from orders being pulled from
Volusion or Magento through to creating the documents for the suppliers. Now with
OzLINK the orders are retrieved from Volusion and Magento and inserted into
QuickBooks. The BOL is generated, and within QuickBooks the sales order triggers
the creation of a supplier purchase order. The benefits they achieved include:
