The Challenge:
iAutomation’s growth and expanding product offering were taxing existing
warehouse resources. With multiple locations and a mix of manufacturing &
distribution, they realized they needed better end-to-end visibility, and a lot more
flexibility which lead directly to NetSuite & OzLINK. Also, their part numbers are
very long, creating too many opportunities for errors. The requirements included :
 Integrated cycle counting with NetSuite
 Leverage bar code scanning to improve receiving, picking, and work orders.

The Solution:
Initially iAutomation started with shipping and the basic bar scanning capabilities of
OzLINK. As their success increased and the business grew, they added work order
processing and cycle count. Since most of their items arrive with no bar code, the
solution provides the ability to print item bar code labels upon receiving. The
