Šta je Case Management?


Definicija:


 ‘Case Management’ je proces prikupljanja diskretnih
upita, obavljanje zadataka, izvršenje procesa ili drugih
radnih jedinica koje uključuju druge osobe i stranke u
  organizaciji i van nje u cilju rješavanja specifičnog
      problema i zatvaranja slučaja (predmeta).
