The ZEISS 5-Year No-Fault Policy for CONQUEST HD Binoculars and CONQUEST DURALYT Riflescopes
Carl Zeiss Sports Optics, LLC. offers an industry leading, limited lifetime, transferable warranty on all its optical
products.
In addition to our warranty, we have created the No-Fault Policy to help you get the most from your ZEISS
experience. Under the new No-Fault Policy*, for five years from the date of initial purchase, new CONQUEST HD
binoculars and CONQUEST DURALYT riflescopes which have been damaged during normal use will be repaired or
replaced without service charge to the owner.
*The No-Fault Policy is subject to the following conditions:
• It is only available for products purchased from authorized ZEISS resellers in the United States or Canada.
• It is only available to products registered with ZEISS within 60 days of purchase. (To register your ZEISS product
online, visit http://www.zeiss.com/register )
• It is not available for damage caused by (or suspected to have been caused by) intentional abuse, fire, loss or theft.
• Replacement products may be new, reconditioned, or of equivalent value and functionality.
• The owner is responsible for shipping costs to ZEISS. Exchanged or repaired product returned to the owner will ship
with standard ground delivery, free of charge to the owner.
• It is only available for original owners; it is not transferable.
