This document summarizes the activities of National Open Access Desks (NOADs) in promoting open access in Eastern European countries. It discusses NOAD collaboration with researchers and institutions to raise awareness of open access policies. It also outlines successes in establishing national repository infrastructure in countries like Bulgaria and Slovakia. The document requests an updated list of FP7 funded projects to support further dissemination activities.
