                                 Services provided:

                                 1)      Salary & Benefits Survey - investigation
                                         of the Ukrainian market of compensatory
                                         policies for qualified professionals. The
                                         project is carried out annually since 1995.
                                         Annually 50-100 companies that do
                                         business in Ukraine take part in this
                                         project.
                                         The period of data collection: end of
                                         January - beginning of March. The issue
                                         date of the analytical collection is the 1-
                                         st of April.

     outplacement program.

1.      The Stage of recognition of the client’s requirements

Time expenses for preparation of the individualized service – 1-2
months. During this period the client and the
 future provider pass a number of stages of

Payment for the rendered service
 The client starts to pay for the hours worked of the

 Calculation is made weekly on the basis of the signed
 certificate of the accepted works, dated last day

involved expert. On the average the total sum is $60/hour.

Group of Companies “Alla Konyaeva and Partners”: • Consulting company “Alla Konyaeva and Partners” was established in 2008 to provide services in personnel management: outplacement, Salary and Benefits research and HR-management consulting. • Executive Search Company “Ancor SW” has been providing executive search and management recruitment since 1992. • Subsidiary Company “Ancor Leasing” was established in 2000 to provide corporate clients with complex outstaffing services (Human Resources services, personnel withdrawal from the company's staff). • “Alla Konyaeva’s School of HR management” launched in 2008 for HR specialists, who want to improve their competitiveness in a rapidly changing world. • Since 2008 “AA&D Interim” Company has been providing customers with an independent top manager or a team of experienced top managers for solving complex problems of entrepreneurship and business development.

Our business managers are responsible for the quality of services provided and compliance with ethical standards according to which the highest value is the interests of the client: • We are partners with our clients and comply with the norms of mutual trust and equal cooperation • We obey the client’s interests and do not follow the out-of-contract benefits in relation to him or to any third party • We give the client only objective and faithful information, promptly inform him about some unforeseen circumstances which may hinder the execution of contractual obligations • We provide services of the possible highest level of quality • We accept only those orders which could be done ably and during acceptable period for the client • We do not accept orders from companies whose business is not compatible with the principles of humanism • We use confidential information obtained from clients only within the interests of order • We do not mention the name of the client without his permission

Relations with Customers • We are in exclusive business relationships based on the principles on honesty, objectiveness and privacy with our partners and executors of services • We inform about our partners and executives nobody except a potential employer, and do not disclose the fact of cooperation beyond order frames • We demand that the customer's compliance with the principle of confidentiality in relation to our partners and executors, including the period of recommendations’ verification procedure • We correctly perform the procedure of recommendations’ verification in order not to affect the working atmosphere of the candidate at the current place of work • We correctly conduct psychological testing that are based on international standards of practicing psychodiagnostics

  • 9. Consulting Company «Alla Konyaeva & Partners» Services provided: 1) Salary & Benefits Survey - investigation of the Ukrainian market of compensatory policies for qualified professionals. The project is carried out annually since 1995. Annually 50-100 companies that do business in Ukraine take part in this project. The period of data collection: end of January - beginning of March. The issue date of the analytical collection is the 1- st of April. • The cost of the ready-made Survey for the companies that provided data for • The cost of the ready-made Survey analytical analysis is 10% for of the full price those companies who wish to buy a ready review without giving their company’s data
  • 10. 2) Outplacement is the support service for dismissed and reduced personnel. Standard duration of the program is 12 weeks. The duration of the first stage is 2-4 weeks, of the second stage – 6-8 weeks. At the end of each stage the customer receives a report on the work done. For customers this is a possibility to apply a sparing method of personnel dismissing owing to observation of ethical standards in relationship with personnel, granting help for dismissed in finding a new job, prevention of dramatic labor productivity decrease of personnel remained, retaining company's positive image as of a socially responsible employer. If the customer would like to retain an opportunity to involve periodically the personnel dismissed, he might use the outstaffing service of "Ancor Leasing" Subsidiary. The cost of the service depends on the number of employees involved in the outplacement program. • HR management consulting - consulting support and assistance to Human Resources managers, top managers in solving problems, concerning recruitment, adaptation, personnel development, working out of compensational policies, psychology of organization and many other issues in the field of staff management.

Not less than a year recruitment experience, are specialized in selected industries and professions. • Consulting Department Assistant. Less than a year of working experience in the Company. • Manager of Psychological Service. Long experience in the recruitment industry and in the practical psychology. She possesses vast experience in psychological diagnostics, individual and group psychotherapy tools, has deep knowledge of management, marketing, psychology subjects.

Operating since 2000, "Ancor Leasing " Affiliate acts as a formal employer for the customer's personnel: • It finilizes with them work relationships, following all the norms of the Ukrainian legislation • accounts and pays salaries, makes all necessary tax and social deductions • administers business trips, concludes insurance agreements, provides with assets and administers connection services Typical reasons for Customers’ applying for this service: • legislative restrictions as for the company's staff number (for foreign Representative Offices, for instance) • corporate headcount limits in this country or within certain business volumes in this country • opportunity for the foreign company, starting its activity in the Ukrainian market, postpone the company’s status registration. For this it can enroll its employees in the outstaffing company to start doing some administrative and financial work • importance for the client to minimize risks, inherent for dismissal procedures, or wish to have a possibility to test the abilities of an employee without taking him/her on the staff
