Quality of material and workmanship
The kitchen is a workplace which imposes high demands on the materials and design.
Meeting these requirements is the driving force underlying our product development.
Materials which do not meet the high demands imposed by day-to-day work in the kitchen
are not used in our products, regardless of whether or not they reflect momentary fashion
trends.
The laminate surface comprises a directly applied, high-quality melamine coating or
multi-layer laminate material.
The laminate edging on doors and the front of carcases is made from impact-proof
polypropylene or multi-layer laminate material and glued with waterproof PU3 glue.
The edging can withstand heat up to approx. 160 °C.
The melamine or laminate surfaces and edging have high mechanical strength,
are easy to care for, enduringly lightfast, permanently easy to clean and
highly resistant to common household chemicals.
The surface finishes and edging used are compatible with foods.

5 year warranty
Emission class
The limit permitted by the Federal Health Office for
emission class E1 is undershot by our kitchen furniture.
BAX Küchenmanufaktur gives the retailer a 5-year warranty as from the date of delivery for all furniture parts
manufactured by the company itself. A warranty period of 2 years applies for moving functional fittings.
Accessories, such as electrical appliances, sinks, sanitary fittings, waste collection systems, light fixtures, etc. are
excluded from the BAX warranty. These are governed by the respective manufacturers' warranty conditions.
Damage due to heat transmitted by electrical, heating or gas appliances is excluded.
Damage due to installation, use and water is excluded from the warranty, as are changes in the colour of veneered and
solid wood parts due to the effects of light and climate.
The warranty exclusively covers the replacement of defective parts, be it through repair or physical replacement, at our
discretion. Compensation of installation and consequential costs is excluded.
Entitlement to performance under the warranty shall be extinguished if parts which we have delivered are modified by
unauthorized or unqualified persons without our explicit consent.
Warranty claims shall be reported to us by the dealer within a proscriptive period of 10 days after acquiring knowledge of
the defect.
The warranty period shall not be extended by replacement or repair of the parts concerned.
