1. Esc to stop running this powerpoint.
2. Take a screen shot of the learning design Timeline on the
next slide
(on Mac) cmd-Shift-4
Position and drag cross-hairs across image and release
(on PC) use Prnt screen
Go to the Insert menu – Photo – Picture from file – Choose your
image from the Desktop
OR: use screen grab software e.g. Grab, Preview, etc.
3. Paste into the blank slide, next but one
4. Edit the text box in the next slide to emulate a menu showing
Teaching-Learning
5. Copy and paste and resize the menu text box into the right
place on the picture to show your redesign.
Optional:
Do something similar using any other picture and picture
elements relevant to your own design context.

4. • Edit this draft menu to change some of the options
• Resize the text to fontsize 11
• Set fill to white
• Copy and paste it onto the next slide and position it
as a drop-down menu under the timeline
