STARTING A NEW COMPANY
When starting a NEW company, we advise one to begin by having a session with one of our Business
Consultants. They are available Mondays – Sundays, however appointments must be confirmed via
telephone or email. In these consultation sessions, the consultant will do the following:
 Ask questions about the owner(s) and the proposed business
 Listen carefully to member(s) ideas and plans
 Gather as much information and documentation from the member(s)
 Discuss possibilities moving forward
 Exchange contacts
 Agree on a follow-up date
 Research on the proposed industry and business to be pursued
 Give feedback and advice in next meeting (this will include a list of what steps must be taken_
registration_ as well as costs)
CONSULTATION FEE ONLY R200-R500 depending on size of business (for ALL of the above)
Sessions are 1hour each & YOU ONLY PAY FOR THE FIRST SESSION, FOLLOW-UPS ARE FREE.
Session time may be extended depending on the type/size of business.
After consultation, the client is satisfied with the feedback and thereby offered registration services that
are relevant to their business. These services are done by the consultant, quickly and efficiently, ensuring
that the client receives all required documents ASAP!
PLEASE NOTE that different companies require different things therefore you may not have to pay for
every item listed below. Also remember that services will be done in a maximum of two weeks only and
your involvement will only be required when opening a bank account. Everything else will be done by
our consultants.
 The Prices are as follows:
 Private Company / Pty Ltd
1. CIPC = R450 (Company registration)
2. SARS (Tax clearance) = R250
3. BEE Certificate = R800
4. Provincial Database (e.g. ZNT) = R250
5. CIDB Registration & Grading = R650 (including CIDB fees per trade/industry*)
6. Business Profile = from R1200 (depends on company size and profile type)
 Business Plans, Business Profiles and Marketing/Branding Prices vary.
Total: R2400 (excluding Consultation Fee).
 You may also pay for individual services IF you do not need all.
 50% Deposit is required before services are rendered
* CIDB charges per trade/industry therefore if you apply more than one trade for your company,
you will pay an additional R500 per trade/industry. Consultant will explain further

Kindly Note:
 Initial documentation can be emailed directly to the consultant once the client has agreed
to receive our services.
 A 50% deposit is required for all services to be done. The balance is paid when client has
received all documentation
 Cash may be paid to the consultant however a receipt must be given to the client as proof.
Bank payments are preferable.
 Consultation is optional however highly advised. Many clients end up with unnecessary
documents for their business or enter into the wrong industries.
 After ALL services have been rendered, the consultant will be available for any further
queries by the client ABSOLUTELY FREE. Furthermore, monitoring of the progress of
the business will also be done with NO ADDITIONAL COST. This is to ensure that the
client is still happy and that no other services are required. We also assist in finding
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES for the client (if and when needed). These will be charged.
 Company Profiles / Proposals or any Marketing / Branding products can only be priced by
the consultant based on the size of the business and the amount of work to be done. This
also applies to the amount of time taken to complete the services.
 Our company also offers SUPPORT SERVICES for businesses that do not have an office
or staff to manage their day-to-day business operations. These support services include
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, MARKETING and
COMMUNICATIONS (PR). We usually refer these services new companies and/or
Company Directors who are employed in other companies or have other commitments. A
qualified consultant is assigned to your company and is given a contract by your company.
This contract stipulates period of service, salary for employed consultant and services to be
rendered. The assigned consultant will serve as a Personal Assistant to the Director(s) and
is available to them 24/7.
