ﻤﻠﺨـﺹ: ﻴﻬـﺩﻑ ﻫـﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺘﺠﺎﻫﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻬﻭﺭ ﻨﺤﻭ ﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﺍﻻﺘﺼﺎل ﻭﺃﺴﺎﻟﻴﺒﻪ
ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺘﺨﺩﻤﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻨﺘﻔﺎﻀﺔ ﺍﻷﻗﺼﻰ ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﺒﺎﻟﻜﺸﻑ ﻋﻥ ﺃﻫﻡ ﻤﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﻤﻌﻠﻭﻤﺎﺘﻪ، ﻭﺍﻟﻭﻅﺎﺌﻑ ﻭﺍﻷﺩﻭﺍﺭ
ﺍﻟﺘـﻲ ﺘﺅﺩﻴﻬﺎ، ﻭﻜﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﺘﻌﺭﻀﻪ ﻟﻬﺎ، ﻭﺍﻟﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﻭﺍﻷﺴﺎﻟﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﻀﻠﺔ ﻋﻨﺩﻩ، ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻭﻀﻭﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻴﺤﺭﺹ
.ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﺘﺎﺒﻌﺘﻬﺎ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ، ﻭﻤﺩﻯ ﻓﺎﻋﻠﻴﺘﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻨﻘل ﺍﻷﺤﺩﺍﺙ، ﻭﺜﻘﺘﻪ ﺒﻬﺎ، ﻭﻤﻘﺘﺭﺤﺎﺘﻪ ﻨﺤﻭ ﺘﻁﻭﻴﺭﻫﺎ
ﻭﻗـﺩ ﺍﻨﺘﻬﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻤﺠﻤﻭﻋﺔ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺃﺒﺭﺯﻫﺎ: ﺃﻥ 3.67% ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻬﻭﺭ ﻴﺘﺎﺒﻌﻭﻥ
ﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﺍﻻﺘﺼﺎل ﻭﺃﺴﺎﻟﻴﺒﻪ ﺒﺎﺴﺘﻤﺭﺍﺭ، ﻭﺃﻨﻪ ﻴﻔﻀل ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺭﺘﻴﺏ ﻤﺘﺎﺒﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻠﻔﺯﻴﻭﻥ ﺜﻡ ﺍﻟﺭﺍﺩﻴﻭ ﻓﺎﻟﺼﺤﻑ
ﻴﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﺼﺩﻗﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻴﺭﺍﻥ ﺜﻡ ﻤﻜﺒﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﻭﺕ ﺜﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﺼﻘﺎﺕ ﺜﻡ ﺍﻟﺩﻋﺎﺓ ﻭﺃﺌﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﺠﺩ. ﻜﻤﺎ ﺘﺒﻴﻥ ﻋﺩﻡ
،ﻭﺠﻭﺩ ﻭﻗﺕ ﻤﺤﺩﺩ ﻟﻤﺘﺎﺒﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻬﻭﺭ ﻟﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﺍﻻﺘﺼﺎل ﻭﺃﺴﺎﻟﻴﺒﻪ، ﻭﺘﻔﻀﻴﻠﻪ ﻷﺨﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻭﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺴﻁﻴﻨﻴﺔ
ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠـﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺴـﻜﺭﻴﺔ ﺍﻹﺴﺭﺍﺌﻴﻠﻴﺔ ، ﻭﺃﻥ ﺤﻭﺍﻟﻲ 3.87% ﻤﻨﻪ ﻴﺭﻭﻥ ﺃﻨﻬﺎ ﺘﺅﺩﻱ ﻭﻅﻴﻔﺘﻬﺎ، ﻭﺃﻨﻪ ﻴﺜﻕ
: ﺒﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﺍﻻﺘﺼﺎل ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﻫﻴﺭﻴﺔ ﺃﻜﺜﺭ ﻤﻥ ﺃﺴﺎﻟﻴﺏ ﺍﻻﺘﺼﺎل ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺸﺭ، ﻭﺃﻥ ﺃﻫﻡ ﻤﻘﺘﺭﺤﺎﺘﻪ ﻟﺘﻁﻭﻴﺭﻫﺎ ﻫﻲ
.ﺤﺴﻥ ﺍﺨﺘﻴﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﺨﺎﻁﺒﻪ، ﻭﺇﻓﺴﺎﺡ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎل ﻟﻠﺭﺃﻱ ﺍﻵﺨﺭ، ﻭﻤﺭﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻭﺭ ﻟﻠﻤﻭﻀﻭﻋﺎﺕ
Public attitudes towards means and styles of communication used in
AlAqsa uprising: A field study on a sample from Gaza governorates
Abstract: This paper aims to investigate public attitude towards means of
communication used during Al-Aqsa uprising. The researcher will explore
public's attitude with reference to: information resources, its roles and effects;
ways of handling; preferred resources; preferred topics; effectiveness;
credibility and improvement suggestions.
The results of this study show: %76.3 of the public continuously use
communication means in the following order- TV, radio, newspapers, friends,
neighbors, loud-speakers, posters and preachers and Friday speeches; there is
no set times for the public to be engaged in the various communication means;
Palestinian resistance and Israeli military operations are the preferred topics;
%78.3 of the public see that communication means are effective; and the
public trusts public means more than other direct means. The study concludes
with a number of suggestions to improve the performance of public
communication means: employment of qualified professionals to address the
public, creating room for the different points of view and the best use of
pictures to accompany topics of interest.
