Submittal Builder Software help our sales team to prepare submittals
easy and fast. This system is based on the actual and latest database
of FloDrain.
This software is Web based, developed by C# with SQL Server and can
run in any browser.

2. 1. Submittal General Information Entries
User has to enter the Project Name, Consultant Name and Contractor Name. Easy search method is
applied to find the customers or contractors list. User has the option to upload new contractor or consultant
details by using the “Upload Logo” Button. Each submittal can be combination of Floor Drains, Roof Drains
or Cleanouts.
Two types of Submittal layout is available, standard one is predefined, and second is customized.
Catalogue is optional in each submittal.

3. 2.Customized Layout Option
If the user has selected the customized layout for the submittal, software will show you the
following screen to select the order of your layout. User has the privilege to select which all
sections needed in the submittal and in which order.

4. 3.Compliance Statement
Compliance Statement Reference Number is compulsory for each statement. For each
requirement specification, user can choose the product, automatically will display the latest data
and user has option to change the text.
Special feature included to format the description as the submittal demands. Additional PDF files
can be uploaded. User can preview the compliance statement before proceeding to next step.

5. Submittal Builder will generate two PDF’s automatically based on the entries from user.
One is “Material Compliance with Project Specification” and another is “Submitted Items
List”
Submitted Items List is special feature with all technical data of selected products like
Dimension, Duty, Top shape, Top Material, Country of Origin, Submittal File page Number
and Area of Application.

6. 2.Certificates Selection
Submittal Builder has Products Certificates, Warranty Certificates and Approvals list. We already
have the listed Certificates available in the software. If any certificate is required in addition, user
has option to upload the files using “Upload more Certificates” button in each category.
Warranty Certificate will generate automatically for all the items selected for each certificates.
Next step is to generate the “Submittal PDF”.
This will process all the statements, Product data’s (Datasheet, Drawings, Installation Drawings and
Compliance Certificate), Company certificates, Technical profile & Catalogue to generate the
required submittal PDF file. User can download the file for future reference.
