has been established by the Federal Law No. 9 of 2009, to
conduct its affairs and those legal transactions which are
necessary for performing its duties.
Prologix has installed 15 devices all over uae. Time trax
application generates the report from all these location and
further this data is used to process the payrolls of all staff
working in all location. Reports are generated based in, out,
event reports on the punching, absenteeism level is evaluated
based on the information from tiem trax.

Prologix has Installed more than 30 NXT ID devices all across
the Emirates. These Branches are connected to the Head
Office via VPN. Data is synchronized to the HO via VPN
automatically. All Attendance calculation is done centrally in
Time Trax Application on the Central Server. Time of
Deployment was Two Months with complete Business process
study on infrastructure and application requirement

21. Fujseng is one of the biggest construction company in
Fujairah. Three major branches with other temporary
sites which is functional for fixed period depending upon
the project duration. Five Nxt id devices installed on site
where in all labor and management attendance are
integrated with the olive hrms. The data is synchronized
to the head office every day. Prologix has offered them
the HRMS solution along with time management
module. Attendance of labor and staff is calculated
automatically after which payroll processing is done
based on the attendance date that has been
synchronized. This whole process is automated without
any human intervention. All editing and modification in
the data is only done after the management approval.

Nxtid units are installed in all 23 location in uae where in all the attendance
data is synchronized to time trax application. Time trax application is
installed in their central office in deira. Time keeping and hr department
users are given different rights to access the data in time trax application.
This data is used for processing payrolls of all companies.

23. The Transguard Group was established in 2001 and is part of the
EmiratesGroup.
Transguard’s is Event Security division has a team of 5000 staff
in uae which includes, lower and high level officers providing
securities to delegates and business celebrities.
Prologix has deployed central T & A System in their head office
in dafza where in all the officers, staff, management are
punching in their regular shifts. Payrolls are generated from
their hrms system after the attendance of the department are
synchronized and approved automatically. General report on in,
out, late, absent, and overtime is calculated in the time trax
application. Duration of the deployment was two months.

24. The Olayan Group® is a private, multinational enterprise made
up of more than 50 companies and affiliated businesses.
Founded in 1947 by Suliman S. Olayan, Burger king, texas
chicken are two franchises under their food division.
Prologix has implemented time management system for their
different outlets in the middle east. We provided hamster which
is connected to the pos system. These hamster devices are
passive attendance devices which stores attendance punch of the
staff on every outlet. Further these data re synchronized with the
time trax application which is installed in the central location
their head office. Data from time trax is submitted to the hr for
payroll processing.
