category from initial concept through to finished product.

o Responsible for vendors’ information (address, contact name, number, vendor’s
lead time and MOQ) hand over to Supply Department.
o Responsible for communications with relevant suppliers/vendors and daily follow
up of sample developments: providing information and supporting PRD
Engineers to resolve issues which arise during and after the sample
development.
o Support PRD Team Leader and PRD Manager in costing activities for finished
products.
o Monitor all rush air requests for samples shipping in time to market show: air
request filling forms, air quote, and sample picking up process.
o Organize and maintain archive documents of customers’ standards, suppliers,
item numbers/sku#, sample to do list, sample product development sheet,
pending list, sample tracking sheet, and save Ocean/Air shipping documents in
Share Point for record.
o Request for new vendors setting up in the system.
3. o Create monthly reports with revenue data and product life cycle to draw up line
charts and conclude how many percentages success of a project
o Train for newcomers in data entry and all related documents of sample producing
process

Be excellent at Word, Power point and Excel
Know Chinese (beginner)
