Most users sought help with writing and used Nerdify's services weekly or monthly. Users primarily contacted Nerdify via texting or email and rated their experience positively, with over 90% satisfied with the quality. Timely response was the most important factor for users, with over 70% expecting a reply within 3 minutes.
