Belvoir Sunderland took on my property, when my previous agent went into liquidation and
left me with an unoccupied property and no means of contacting them. Neil was very
helpful and professional in his advice, as a result of which he was able to secure the
property for me, organise a refurbishment and secure a new tenant.
The rents are paid regularly and on time, with a monthly statement sent by e-mail and
Belvoir also keep me informed as to the condition of the property with regular inspections.

Sunderland, with Neil and his team. From day one they have been efficient and professional
in every way. Inspections are precise and timely with photos and repairs and information
from tenants are relayed quickly and dealt with immediately.
Neil works on a principle of nice houses attract nice tenants....he persuaded me to spend a
