 The market is as busy and competitive as I’ve seen it
in quite some time.
ď‚— The supply/demand balance is now weighted toward
the seller in many areas in Boulder County.
ď‚— Interest rates are showing upward movement.
ď‚— If you are thinking about selling in 2013 putting your
home on the market earlier than later may be a good
idea. Supply is low and buyers are already out
looking.
