10. My View of the Market
 The market is as busy and competitive as I’ve seen it
in quite some time.
 The supply/demand balance is now weighted toward
the seller in many areas in Boulder County.
 Interest rates are showing upward movement.
 If you are thinking about selling in 2013 putting your
home on the market earlier than later may be a good
idea. Supply is low and buyers are already out
looking.
