As the social calendar event of the year fast approaches
we have everything covered from shared party nights to
an exclusive office party for an amazing evening with
colleagues, family or friends.
Arrive and meet your party with a glass of bubbly before
feasting on our delicious locally sourced three course
banquet, before rockin’ around the Christmas tree into
the small hours as you are entertained by our
Live Band and resident DJ.
For 2016 we will be booking events in two of our
stunning venues, the Marquee or the Main Hall. Guests
can request either venue, but venue choice cannot be
guaranteed until numbers have been confirmed.

Deposits
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and must be booked with the events team. A
non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your booking. A provisional booking will be secured for
a maximum of 7 days from booking; if no deposit has been received your booking will automatically be released.
Please not that by paying your deposit you are agreeing to enter 3aaa Derbyshire County Cricket Club Term &
Conditions – available online or if requested. Deposits and full payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card or
BACs (must contact the events team for BACs Details). Only one payment per party, made by the booking
organiser will be accepted
Full Payments
Full payment is required for your booking by Friday 11 November 2016. Only one payment per party, made by the
booking organiser will be accepted. Non-payment by the due date will render our contract with you void and your event
will be cancelled and all deposits will be lost. Please note all deposits are non-refundable or transferrable, nor will any
deposits lost be available to pay towards any drinks packages. Any new bookings made after
Friday 11 November 2016 require full pre-payment.
Cancellations
Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the party organiser and cannot be accepted by telephone. All
deposits paid will be lost in the event of cancellation. In the event the customer cancels after 11 November 2016,
when final balances were due; will result in all monies per head being lost and not just deposits.
Menus
We ask if you or any member of your party have specific dietary requirement, we strongly advise the party organiser
contacts us in writing with your requirements by 11 November 2016, if we do not receive these by this date we
cannot guarantee that requirements will be met but will endeavour to try our best.
Seating Arrangements
These are at the discretion of Derbyshire County Cricket Ground and will be confirmed to you prior to your party date.
Any parties less than 10 are not guaranteed their own table, any parties over 10 we will endeavour to place next to
one another.
Party Nights will be run either in the Marquee or the Main Hall, guest will be informed prior to their party date which
room they will be hosted in; just after final payments have been made, as this will be pending final numbers of the total
guests attending the party nights. Please note you can request to be in the Marquee or the Main Hall but this is not
guaranteed until the seating planed has been confirmed by Derbyshire County Cricket Club, final notification
will be communicated to party organisers.
Dress Code
Smart / Casualwear; strictly no trainers or sportswear permitted.
