An issue or article is a success when it triggers a discussion, may it be positive or

4. The only major challenge is the waning enthusiasm of the members of the staff.
Since they lack, monetary compensation, they only rely on intrinsic motivation:

responsibility will cause termination from the editorial board.
2. Positive reinforcement: The published paper. They celebrate these
achievements through marveling on little things like eating pizza together
as a rewards.
7. What is being done to remedy the waning interest of the staff or
members?
Constantly encouraging the members
to go on with their duties for
the students’
welfare is done ideally by the editor-in-
chief to ensure members’ continuous
function. Reminding the staff that their volunteerism is the reason behind the
success of the publication also helps to empower the members to function.
