internationally, today announced the appointment of Chris Stone to Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.
He served most recently as interim CEO of Nair & Co. after its successful acquisition by private equity firm, HG
Capital, in August. Mr. Stone will assume responsibility for the company’s management, strategic directives and
alliances, revenue and market share growth.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Mr. Stone is a technology and services industry veteran, with a strong track
record of building successful, global businesses. Prior to his tenure at Nair & Co., Mr. Stone most notably was CEO
at Northgate Information Services for 12 years, leading the transformation from a fragmented IT conglomerate
into the world's second largest specialist HR Technology and Services business, and the UK's number one Public
Sector Software and Services business.
