Industries. NRP was started in 2004 by three Partners Jeff Courey, Kevin
Desjardins and Steve Sampson with a goal of providing Specialized Recruitment
Services by developing strong business partnership with Clients,
Candidates and Affiliated Partners.

4. Fees and Guarantees
FEES:
Our fees are based on Starting Salaries, payment terms net 15 days:
Contingency Search Fees Average 20%
Retained and Engaged Search Fees Average 25%.
Volume search projects or exclusivity we will offer off invoice discounts.
Guarantees:
Our guarantees are structured to match our clients probationary periods for new hires.
Contingency is 3 Months 100% replacement credit/ 4-6 Months 50% Replacement Credit.
Retained and Engaged is 6 Months 100% replacement credit.
All Credits are available for 12 Months from time of activation and notification by client for
same or any role required.
