5. Mentorship through the SHCRs
It has been rewarding to mentor one of the next
generation of Change Agents.

that this relationship will continue on to the next Change Day &
beyond. Having someone who is like minded, but already took a path
similar to what I hope to achieve has made me believe my aspirations
are possible & realistic, if I am willing to engage in new concepts such
as SHCR and take the extra time to make those all important
connections to support others in their pledges for further change.’
