The document provides an overview of the European "Pro-Skills 2: Train-the-trainer" project. The project aims to promote basic skills like personal, social, and self-management skills for socially disadvantaged adults through innovative educational methods. It involves 10 partners from 8 European countries conducting pilot trainings using experiential learning approaches. Evaluation results found the trainings improved participants' motivation for lifelong learning and developing skills. The project also seeks to further develop a concept for training multipliers to conduct professional development on these topics.
