Past Performance is critical. Past Relevant is required. Respond to ALL RFP requirements. Pay attention to weight and significance assigned to specific selection factors. Meeting the minimum requirements earns a rating of “Satisfactory”, not “Outstanding”. Get de-briefed even if you are selected, it is the best way for contractors to learn how to improve their submittals.
From the homepage under contracting opportunities, you will find Savannah Regional Contracting Center with three sections that may be helpful to you. I’ll show you that link in more detail in just a moment. Second you’ll find a link that will display the Indefinite Delivery/indefinite Quantity Contracts. More on that in just a moment too. You’ll also find a link to other Corps offices on this web page and last-- contact information for the Savannah Contracting Division.
