2. Meeting / safety briefing with all HSE and Camp
management prior to start of the Mustering Drill held
inside the Camp Office @ around 1800 hrs.

3. At around 1830 hrs emergency siren was raised using
air horns in different locations, commencing the
mustering drill.

4. Members of the ERT searching each quarters of
residents.

5. Camp residents evacuating their accommodations
heading to Muster Point.

6. All Qcon workers and staff assembly inside the basketball
court.

7. Two (2) workers were hold by Security at main gate
during the Mustering drill.

9. Camp Manager Mr. Navin and Mr. Manuel of DEL PMT HSE
assessed the Mustering drill.

10. Head counting was conducted, 110 workers, 60 staff, 10 HSE
camp management staff and 5 workers were found behind the
required timing of leaving their quarters and 2 workers was hold
at main gate by Qcon Security. Total 187

12. All clear siren was raised at around
1840 hrs.
