What is an In-House project?

A spacecraft and/or instrument built on-
site at Goddard with an understanding
between subsystems. The responsibility
of authority is with the designated Project
Office.
Out-of-House Project

What is an Out-of-House Project?

 A spacecraft and/or instrument built off-
 site through the contracting office. The
 responsibility of authority is the Project
 office or System Engineering.

 to meet the overall objectives.
