There two types of volumes in NetApp.
• Traditional Volume
• Flexible Volume
11. LUN
The LUN Multiprotocol Type, or operating
system type, specifies the OS of the host
accessing the LUN.
• LUN can be accessed with full path only
• A LUN must have a unique identification
number (ID) so that the host can identify and
access the LUN
