logical Depreciation Calculation with add on calculation of profit and
losses while disposing the assets.

accuracy, to enhance asset utilization.

 Depreciation Methods –
 SLM, WDV are inbuilt methods in Multivious AssetPro.
 Depreciation Rate Calculation –
 Depreciation Rate can be calculated based on assets cost, useful life and scrap
value.
 Asset Depreciation year wise based on useful life.
 Depreciation rates can be changed anytime.
 Change in Depreciation Method can be achieved.
 Block wise classification of Assets –
 Assets are defined accordingly by specific blocks for calculation of depreciation
as per Income tax act.
 Arrangement of Assets –
 Each Asset is arranged location wise, department wise, cost center wise, and
custodian wise.

 General Details of Assets:
 Assets like asset code, supplier details, depreciation details, cost, Interest cost,
estimated life, purchase date, and number of assets can be maintained.
 Depreciation Rates:
 Asset Depreciation rates can be maintained yearly for each asset. Images for each
asset can be used for asset identification.
 Voucher Details:
 Voucher detail includes voucher Information, purchase order Information, bill details
etc.
 Manufacturer, Warranty Card & Supplier Details:
 Manufacturers and Suppliers details can be entered in the Multivious AssetPro at the
initial time of acquisition.
 Maintenance Details:
 Maintenance details like document number, document date, maintenance from &
to date, service provider, and AMC amount can be maintained for each asset.

 Each assets Insurance details like provider Information, coverage details, policy
details, premium etc. can be maintained.
 Disposal / Damage:
 Disposal / Damage of Assets can be recorded and profit or loss of each asset can be
monitored.
 Relocation:
 Relocation of Assets is easy based on various criteria like location, cost center,
custodian, and asset user .
 Split:
 Asset can be split into part components. This process splits the cost of the asset and
the accrued depreciation in given ratio.

Multivious AssetPro
 Calculation of Company Book and Income Tax Book for useful life,
can be gain with a single click. Calculations of Depreciation can
take care of block systems of each assets and rules & regulations
while calculating depreciation for Income tax book. Our application
also calculates the depreciation in accordance with rules & rates
specified by the company itself. Multivious AssetPro calculates the
database of present year closing balances of the each asset, which
is automatically carry forward as the opening balance of the next
year for respective books for the company.
