What’s the deal with Internet Presence?
Internet presence is a topic on all business heads minds. Infact Forbes even did
an article about it titled “How Much Is Online Presence Helping Small Business”
“Research demonstrates that smaller business by and large are not maximizing
the benefits that internet presence gives.”
“While most understand the importance of an appealing website, many opted f0r
social media instead.”
“Unfortunately those who chose such direction(no website) might be missing out
on having a well defined space.”
Purpose
The purpose of this project is to:
1. Have a website that is fully functional
2. Have a website that is user friendly
3. Have a website that is visually appealing
4. Have a website that defines who we are
5. Have a website that helps achieve our bottom line
Problem 1: Google Search Makes You Unsure
Those who might Google search Triton
communication might become lost do to our lack of
defined business purpose shown in the results of
said Google search.
Our Solution
1. Manage our our appearance through Google
listing and change our pictures and
information.
● Instead put our approved logo
● The short description use that as
selling point as to why they need

2. See about adding our logo on the side the
search result for the website
3. Other possible results after the website hsould
be our linked in , our facebook, and our twitter
Problem 1: Google Search Makes You Unsure
Those who might Google search Triton
communication might become lost do to our lack of
defined business purpose shown in the results of

Problem 2: Missused Home Page
The purpose of a home page is to draw in
the reader’s attention and divert it to other
pages on the website. The official site
lacks that
Our Solution
1. A lighter/ harmonious color scheme
2. Decluttered Home Page
3. Clear Statement of what we do
4. Clear Directions of where to go
within the blog
Problem #2 : Redundancy of Who We are
Who we are and what we do are two different
sides of the same coin. However they both
should be shown on their own to give a feel of
familiarity to the readers and potential customers.
Our Solution
1. The Home Page states what we do
2. A separate page for about us
3. Showing here that we are a team who
cares about quality.
4. Directing them to look at our quality
products and services
Triton Communications, Inc. is a full service telecommunications company
serving all of the United States since 1982. Since our beginnings as a
contractor providing installation service for Seimens / Rolm, Triton
Communications, Inc. has grown to become a single source for business
communications solutions for an expanding base of satisfied customers. We
are very proud to say that many of our original customers are still with us today.
Like our customers, Triton Communications values quality of service above all
else. Ongoing training in design, installation, quality assurance, safety and
customer support ensures that we retain that level of excellence.
We train and promote from within. This encourages our well-trained technical
and service staff to take pride in their work and take that extra step to assure
that each customer is given the same timely and attentive service. Please
review our products, services and qualifications, and we are certain you will find
that Triton Communications, Inc. will be a valuable source of assistance to you
and your company.
Problem #3: Products not fully showcased
It’s okay to let people know the products are
name brand, but we don’t want to advertise those
name brands just the products that we have
selected
Our Solution
1. The set up John has for the Home page
should be on the product page. A reel of our
new products.
2. We need to have a description of VOIP and
IPBX so that Customers can decide which is
more appealing for them
3. Having all our products on their will make
Problem #4: Services need to be clear
Carrier Management and Network Cabling should be
listed under services that Triton Provides. We want to
show the readers and potential customers that we are
different because we provide products and services ,
making us a full service telecommunications
company.

1. Our services should be listed with clickable
links, and pictures
2. Explaining the importance of Carrier
Management
3. Using automated videos
Problem #5 Organizing our resources
The idea of having a resource guide is great .
However it loses it’s helpfulness, by not being
organized
OUR SOLUTION
1. Having clickable info graphics that will link
you to the pdfs .
Problem #6 What is the most important page
This goes back to the last point on the purpose
slide, which is that our website needs to help us
achieve our bottom line. It needs to be
convenient for the user to acquire our services.
OUR SOLUTION
1. The most important page that would make
it easier for customers to get our services
is a create a ticket page. That way
customers can put their tickets in even
from home.
Problem #7: Over Advertising
The telecommunications industry is one that is
really well connected. However by devoting a
whole page to who we worked with complete with
their business logos and what they do, we could
possibly be advertising our competition
OUR SOLUTION
1. To no longer have a page, but just have their
logos on the bottom of our website.
Problem #8 How do we evaluate
Evaluating how well your company, website etc is doing
with your customers is a very important step in marketing.
We currently have no evaluation step due to past problems
OUR SOLUTION
1. On our website we can include a survey . That asks
questions pertaining to our services, our website
and anything else.
2. Our request a quote/ticket page will show us how
many people are visiting our website, and find it
useful to use our online features
