The 451 crore initial public offering
(IPO) of security software maker
Quick Heal Technologies has opened
for subscription on today.
The issue consists of fresh issue of Rs
250 crore and an offer for sale of
about 62.70 lakh equity shares by
promoters Kailash Sahebrao Katkar &
Sanjay Sahebrao Katkar, and investor
Sequoia Capital India Investment
Holdings III.
The price band for the IPO has been
fixed at Rs 311-321 with a face value
of Rs 10 per share.
Quick Heal Technologies had over
seven million active licences as on
December 31, 2015, and has a
presence in 80 countries.
Around 87 percent of company’s total client base comprises of retail customers. Rest 13 percent
constitute institutional clients.
The IPO closes on Wednesday, February 10, 2016.
