3. Description : The utility system was developed as an Android application using Java Script
and support by the Cloud Computing Architecture. All key
functionalities of a higher education student- interface and staff-interface
systems, including the student attendance, examination results
publishing, etc., were integrated into the application. The utility application
enabled remote access through GSM/ CDMA networks and internet access.
One of the key features of the application is that it operates as a
mobile-application.
