Cong Qi is a teaching fellow at the Department of
Management and Marketing, the Hong Kong
Polytechnic University. She received her Ph.D.
degree in Management Information Systems from
the School of Business, the University of Hong
Kong. Her research areas cover IT Outsourcing,
Relationship Management and Mobile Commerce,
etc. Dr. Qi's work has been presented in
international conferences like AMCIS, PACIS,
HICSS, and INFORMS. Her on-going research will
also be published in other academic journals soon.
Patrick Y.K. Chau

Patrick Y. K. Chau is a Professor of Information
Systems at the University of Hong Kong. He
received his Ph.D. in business administration
from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the
University of Western Ontario, Canada. His
research interests include IS/IT adoption and
implementation, information presentation,
knowledge management and IT outsourcing. He
has published papers in journals like MIS
Quarterly, Communications of the ACM, Journal
of the AIS, Journal of Management Information
Systems, Decision Sciences, Information and
Management, Decision Support Systems,
Journal of Global Information
Management, and among others.
