Carsted Rosenberg LLP Advises on
Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG EUR
51,000,000 High Yield Bond
Press Release • Feb 24, 2014 08:00 CET
Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG successfully issued a EUR 51,000,000 German-law governed high yield
bond, which constitutes a further issuance of, and will form a single class with, Heidelberg’s existing 9.25
percent bond due 2018. The tap on its high-yield bond, which is governed by German law, was placed with
international investors. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The tap was done under
essentially the same terms and conditions as in early 2011 and is also due in 2018. A change in local -
legislation has allowed high-yield bonds to be issued under German law. Previously, all such bonds would have
been US-governed.
