Mr. Bonett has been registered since 2000 and was granted a license to practice pharmacy in 2000. This is to certify that Mr. Michael Bonett B.Pharm (Hons.), of 335, St. Paul Street, Valletta - MALTA
(DOB 07/04/1977, Id Card no: 214877M) holds current registration with the Pharmacy Council as a
Pharmacist with effect from 15th
December 2000 (Registration Number 819 in the Register of Pharmacists)
on the basis of the provisions of the Health Care Professions Act, 2003 (Cap.464 of the Laws of Malta). Mr.
Bonett was also given a Licence by the President of Malta to practice as a Pharmacist on 21st
December 2000.
Mr. Michael Bonett also held a temporary registration with the Council from 11th
August 2000 and a
temporary licence to practice as pharmacist from 19th
August 2000 until 31st
December 2000. The temporary
registration and temporary licence are given to pharmacists who have qualified for their qualification but have
not yet received their qualification (certificate). They are granted permanent registration and licence after
receiving their qualification.
I confirm that to-date Mr. Michael Bonett is in good standing with the Pharmacy Council. The Pharmacy
Council is the regulatory body that regulates pharmacists in Malta, keeps a register of Pharmacists who can
practice in Malta and which recommends to the President the granting of Licences to pharmacists to practice
their profession according to the provisions of the Health Care Professions Act.
Since Mr. Bonett holds this Licence he can practise the profession of pharmacy in Malta. I also confirm that
Mr. Bonett has renewed his registration until 31st
December 2018.
The Pharmacy Council confirms that Mr. Michael Bonett’s pharmacy qualification is listed in Annex
5.6.2 of Directive 2005/36/EC and his qualification complies with all the training requirements
contained in Article 44 of Directive 2005/36/EC. The Pharmacy Council also confirms that Mr.
Bonett’s degree is the ‘lawrja fil-Farmaċija’ which is listed in Annex 5.6.2 of Directive 2005/36/EC.
