Interests & Activities:
For a number of years I have been involved in Musical Theatre Groups, originally as
a band member, but in more recent years I have filled the role of Sound Engineer, an interest I was
given the chance to learn more about at AS Level. I was a member of the University’s Musical
Theatre Group, which has performed ‘South Pacific’ and ‘The Hired Man’ during my time with
them.
I enjoy reading articles on and around my subject area as well as other scientific journals
and have always had a love for science and fantasy fiction, Asimov and Pratchett being two of my
favourite authors.
I have also starting playing squash recently and occasionally my opponents let me win.
