Many digital product teams struggle with the transition from the discovery stage to building the user experience vision. Commonly used UX tools such as personas, customer journey maps and empathy maps can help out, but applied in a wrong way, they can be detrimental to your process. Here are a few tips on what to bear in mind when sharing the knowledge about the users with your team or the client.
