Cummings, Keegan & Co., P.L.L.P. announces Practice Mergers as they
celebrate 55 years in business
St. Louis Park, MN (December 30, 2011) – The partners of Cummings, Keegan & Co.,
P.L.L.P. are pleased to announce the merger of two CPA Practices into the name of
Cummings, Keegan & Co., P.L.L.P. (CK&Co.)
Carolee A. Lindsey, CPA has merged her tax and accounting
practice, joining CK&Co. as Partner. With a 23-year career in public
accounting firms and private industry, Lindsey adds extensive
experience to CK&Co.’s strong audit and tax service teams. Lindsey
currently serves as Vice Chair of the Peer Review Committee of
Minnesota Society of CPA’s.
Michelle Lavrenz, EA/RAP and Beth Briggs join CK&Co. after
merging the tax practice of Revier Financial. An Enrolled Agent and
Registered Accounting Practitioner, Lavrenz brings 26 years of tax
and accounting experience in public accounting and private industry.
Briggs brings several years of general accounting and tax preparation
experience for both privately-held businesses and not-for-profit
clients.
