Research & develop the vision of event (read)
We searched for a location and select Sasali Dogal yasam parki. We
organized the event and dealed with a catering firm which is best because our
guests are elite. Also guests able to drive 4km with the new electric car of Bmw.

Innovate & create a customized experience (touch & feel)
We make Bmw pin's rather than using conventional neckcard's. Also
guests can keep their pin's after the event.
Visualize the event step-by-step (understand & realize)
Firstly we searched the how this events made before, then we
organized the event and made our preparations . Secondly, for
potential customers ıf we can influence them they may puchase a car.
We work for presentation of car and guests to having fun.

Shelters for registiration of guests.

Rest rooms for the needs of guests.
There will be 7 sales advisers will be for test drives and giving
information to guests.
There are two sections for expected 200 customers they will be divided
into 2 groups.
13. Cici Catering
We contracted with Cici catering for food and
beverages.
Cici catering will be present meatball, chips, snacks
cream, fruit, non-alcohol drink.
Also make toothpicks with little Bmw logo flag
which is printing glasses and plates.
15. Outsourced Activities
We outsource some activities because we leave some of our
work to the professionals. Also we want to decrease cost
with outsourcing;

Cici Catering will provide all day food and soft drinks.
For 4 hours parking lot of Sasalı Doğal Yaşam Parkı will be used.
Ambulance will be rented for emergency situations.

shelters)
17. Return on Investment
The total sum of money allocated for a particular purpose or period
of time.
We will not collect any money but while activity and in the future it will
affect the sales of BMW i series in a very efficient way.
Because it will be a entry of a new generation of automobiles to İzmir
market and the guests will be the ones who test it!
19. 5W1H
What: We prepare an event for former BMW users and potential customers.
Why: We think, in a long term, this event has a great impact on our customers. To
improve loyalty to BMW and they would experience an event they never forget. Because
it’s the very first electric car they experience.
Where: Event is going to perform in Doğal Yaşam Parkı in Sasalı. It’s a first natural park in
Izmir. Food and beverages is going to provide by contracted catering.
When: Event takes place at 25 of June on Sunday. It’s 2 month’s earlier the BMW i3 enters
the Turkish market.
Who: We have a group made of 4. Because of outsourcing we have a staff’s like Catering
personnel, Sale advisors, Drivers, Musician, Mechanics, Electrician.
How: We try to catch the sweet spot’s of our users and potential customers with
experience them unforgettable event with the new BMW electric car. We try to succeed it
with using our knowledge in the field.
