- Following a couple of pilot projects focused on sharing digitized assets and collaborating with peers and users, SMK founded Sharing is Caring with partners in the Danish Broadcasting Corporation and the Association of Danish Museums (equivalent to AAM)
- We’re in the heritage sector, and caring for our collections is at the core of our institutional values and missions. With this series of seminars, we wanted to state, that in the digital age, caring for our collections means sharing them. Copies don’t harm the original, sharing entails shared ownership and empowering users to learn, create, and innovate.
